This paper belongs to a series of articles discussing representation of maps on monuments. We describe the Captain James Cook Monument at the City of Corner Brook, Newfoundland, Canada. A part of the Chart of West Coast of Newfoundland compiled by J. Cook is represented on a plaque on Captain Cook's Monument. Hydrographic activity of J. Cook in Atlantic Canada is outlined. The Chart of West Coast of Newfoundland (1770) and the General Chart of the Island of Newfoundland (1775) are reproduced.
